# Missing verification code

I’ve just received a text saying there has been an update on my account and that I need to login to see what it is.
I open the app and I’m asked for my pin, on entering this I get a text message with a verification code to enter into the screen.
I’ve done this and hit continue, my phone then states ‘missing verification code’ and I can’t progress any further.
I’m using an Android phone.
Any ideas?
