Ive gone through support email and spoke to someone last week to reset my password and memorable word. We got to the point of me being sent a temp one via sms but i never received it, the phone cut off so i emailed to tell them. This was friday, i confirmed yesterday i still hadnt had the sms but nothing.
Can you look into this issue and get the sms sent over please.

My account is now showing this page when i login.. Not much use if i don’t have my existing password which i why i need to set a new one.
