NEW USER :) Help! CANNOT Transfer OUT Of Tally BACK To My Funding Bank

Hi everyone :slight_smile:

I have just opened my Tally account today (all verified etc).

I sent my first “test” funding of £50 to Tally, just to “get used to it being new”.

I then transfer a larger chunk of funds into Tally.

BUT NOW I CANNOT WITHDRAW MONEY BACK TO MY FUNDING BANK ACCOUNT!"

Here’s what I’m doing:

  1. Click Payments
  2. Click Transfer Out
  3. Click LINKED ACCOUNT

But then NOTHING happens…

Nothing at all.

I can’t connect to my linked account and all of my money is now in Tally.

Please can someone help as my Tally Debit Card has not yet arrived and so I am stuck.

The reason your account might not be linked yet could be down to the way your sending bank presents your name. If you can come to support@tallymoney.com or come in via the in-app chat feature and the team will be able to assist you in more detail.
