Hi, I sent a small payment from my tally account to my bank last Wednesday and it is still not showing in my account. With all the bugs in the new app, and now this I have lost trust in the Tally service.
The question is this though, how on earth do I get my remaining funds out of my tally account without those disappearing too?
I’m missing £20 from last Wednesday also. I’ve sent screenshots of it but all I get it “were chasing it”. I’m also missing £200, £1, £2 sent yesterday and £80 sent this morning. In between those missing payments I’ve had successful payments. Getting a reply to any emails is hard work.
