Introduced my daughter to Tally , she has gone through the process but so far has only got the “ bear with us “ page coming up even after receiving the text code number!
Has there been a delay in processing accounts?
My son also will be logging on shortly and would like to reassure them both !

They’ve probably got more problems, I transferred some back to bank on Friday and it says completed but it hasn’t as I haven’t received it.
@Pinecone can you get them to both email me with the email they signed up with postcode and last 4 digits of their mobile number so I can look into this for them.
They might have been pulled in for manual review if the documents submitted were not clear but happy to check once they have emailed in.
