Hi, started a new account & received my card, but it won’t work at cashpoint or any vendor. Do i need to activate it? Have emailed tally with no reply

You usually have to use the pin first time, also check its not locked in the app.
If you’ve done that, best to email support@tallymoney.com as they rarely look here.
Card not locked & tried to use at cashpoint but no luck. Will try emailing them again. Thanks for the replies
