Just had three thank you for your e-mail enquires from tally land in my inbox, despite sending no enquiries and long ago deleting my account.
not sure why you are still holding my details, but worrying all the same.
That might be my bad.
I just queried once again why they are chasing me for funds despite requesting years ago that my account was closed after the monthly fees swallowed up everything that was in there.
Nice to see the IT infrastructure is working…oh wait.
Also emailing someone asking for them to confirm their name (it’s my email address) and email…when it’s on the account is just a little bit of a joke to be honest.
@Carolwhiteshusband This was an internal error when building an automation which triggered the emails.
Even with your account being closed, legally, we need to keep your details on record for at least 6 years.
@mkx007 The email you received was in error and to make sure you are the customer the team will always ask for information to be safe.
