App log in problems

Hi Kris,

Still can’t log into the app. If I log in with my phone number I originally registered, it’s comes up with the registration set up again. I don’t want to re register or another card!!
Any idea?


If you have changed mobile numbers please email support and I will get this changed for you and then you can login with the new number. Also, this will allow me to look into things in more detail.

No number change. It’s the same mobile number I first registered with the app.
I log in with my mobile number I get a code. I put that in then it comes up with the registration process.
