Clarifying transfers!

My daughter finally on board, thanks , want to surprise her with a small gift!

Not sure how to go about transferring my Tally to her account, without knowing her details?

If I go to transfer tally, it just asks them to join via email!

Help appreciated!

Hi Graham,

Her account is fully active now and she is testing it out.

If you go to “Payments” and “Make a payment”, Selected “Tally” and then “Add a Payee” you will then be asked for the mobile number attached to the persons Tally account if they have one.

Tried to set Sam up but had error message!
Should I have left off the 0 at the front of the mobile ?
Sam actually sent me a test, which then was easy to reply and sent my test through ok!

So might well be me !

Very odd, if it happens again could you take a screenshot of the error and send it over to support@tallymoney.com so we can see what happened.

No that would not have made a difference but glad you have since sorted it.
