Exchange rate

Since we’ve received our new Clearbank accounts both my wife and I have made transfers in to our Tally accounts. We’ve noticed that the transactions both say “rate taken at … 01:00”, even though they were made at much later times in the day, whereas the exchange rate used to be updated every few minutes. Is this a deliberate change, and the exchange rate is now only updated once a day?

Just noticed the same with my account, but only since we have had our new account details. Anything before that shows different times.

I’ve raised the issue with support as requested above, and the accounts team are investigating. Like you, this has only occurred on transactions we’ve made since we got the new account details.
