Text then start again!

Hi guys, I’ve had my Tally card for about a month now, never used it but have been able to get on the app and check my balance etc without problem - until today.

Very early this morning I received a text telling me that there was an update on my account and I should check the app.

On checking the app, all I get is ‘order a card, I’ll do it later’ etc.

I can no longer log onto my account as it is asking me to start all over again.

Any ideas?
