Validation step at login


I participated in the Tally app beta and recently started receiving emails about a negative balance. I’m not sure how this is possible, perhaps you are charging flat account fees now? Anyway, I’ve tried to log in several times over past weeks and always receive the attached notification about 48 hour ID validation and to expect a text, but then don’t hear anything back. Can you help please?

We are all in the tally app beta testing program and have been for years.

At least 12 days and they still haven’t located the the code they broke that is causing this login security issue.

The whole development team need replacing, they are doing more damage to reputation and confidence in this product, than good.

Still not logging me out automatically :roll_eyes: I would imagine they are getting a fair few sign ups at the moment as well.

@jameswilkinson Can you please come into support so I can get this looked into for you.

@JonnyE I understand your frustration but this is not a simple issue as it is not happening to large numbers. The beta test list was for the old app from a few years ago however we are going to be setting up a new list in Q4 and will let you know how to join this when it goes live

It is not affecting everyone, as if the code was edited/broken for this section it would affect everyone which is why it has taken longer to locate.

I created it under bug reports, is that what you meant please?
